Working at DRS

What can you expect from a career at DRS?

A supportive, collaborative and dynamic environment where we work together to deliver outstanding results for our clients. You will be given the opportunity to flourish and develop new skills; trusted to take responsibility but supported at every step by leading industry practitioners, senior lawyers and experienced colleagues, to help you become part of our successful, growing team.

It’s testament to the strength of our culture and the quality of the opportunities that we provide that we were ranked No. 31 in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For in 2019.

The best thing about my job?  Watching our team grow and thrive.  From our most senior practitioners – whether sharing their knowledge, engaging with clients or overseeing the delivery of outstanding results – to following the progress of the most junior members of our team as they develop new skills and grow in confidence.

Our values

At DRS we all endeavour to live by our values:

Do the right thing.

We always strive to do the right thing for our clients, for our team and for the business.

Play your part.

The relationships we build, both with each other and our clients, are what sets us apart.

Choose growth.

We aspire to improve ourselves by knowing and understanding more each day.

Training

Our ability to equip our team with the knowledge and tools they need to do the job is at the heart of what we do.
